Job Description



  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, such as phone calls, emails, and mail, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Support the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.

  • Assist in the coordination of the recruitment process, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

  • Help foster a positive work culture that promotes employee satisfaction and productivity.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.

  • 1 - 3 years work experience.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in a recruitment firm is an added advantage.

  • Commutable distance to Lekki Phase 1.
