Job Description

• The primary goal is to drive customer engagement, increase retail sales, and enhance brand visibility within the retail travel industry.

Duties

• Conduct market research, analysis, and assessment of prospective clients.


• Conversion of ideal prospects to clients so that set target can be met and exceeded.


• Develop and maintain strong relationship with sub-agents.


• Provide service to customers by answering questions, providing information, making referrals and assuring appropriate follow-through and/or resolution


• Preapartion of daily reports

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience in the travel industry.


• Ability to work with a multicultural group and adapt to changing needs of the market.


• Flexible hard-working attitude.


• Good listening, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
