ROLE INFORMATION

• The Architect will be responsible for creating designs for new construction projects, alterations redevelopment, designing buildings to create unique and well-organized structures up to finishing and changing interior areas and the intelligent use of space, etc. Architects will work with engineers, electricians


• and building contractors to ensure that their designs are safe, functional, and meet construction requirements.


• A summary of the role’s responsibility is as follows:


• To support in the creation and development of conceptual designs and ideas.


• Plan, implement and monitor projects from beginning to end.


• Creating work models and modelling for space.


• Working with suppliers to source and procure specs of interior, materials for fittings, furniture, lighting, accessories and decorations.


• Compiling finish timelines and working with project delivery services and facilities.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of BSc in Architecture


• 5years minimum technical experience in Architectural designs in a well-structured work environment


• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Revit BIM and Dynamo.


• Proficiency in the use of rendering software such as 3D Max, Lumion, etc.
