Duties Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
Ensure timely and accurate flow of information within the organization.
Represent the company by attending meetings on behalf of executives.
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
Track daily expenses and prepare reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the duties and responsibilities of all departments and collaborate with them as needed.
Format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
Support management by assisting with various tasks.
Record minutes during meetings.
Meet and surpass any key performance indicators (KPIs) established by your supervisor.
Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements and Skills
Tertiary Degree in Finance, Management, or Law.
Strong ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments.
Quick learning ability to acquire new skills efficiently.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to tasks.
Excellent management and analytical skills.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications such as e-calendars and copy machines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver effective presentations to both small and large groups.
High level of confidence, personability, and charisma.
Outstanding interpersonal skills to effectively interact with high-net-worth clients and corporate organizations in various roles.
