Job Purpose



  • As part of your role, you will support senior management by performing administrative tasks according to the company's standards.

  • Additionally, you will play a crucial role in helping the business enhance profitability.

  • This includes collaborating with the sales team to acquire new clients and nurturing relationships with the existing client base throughout the company.


Duties Responsibilities



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and external partners.

  • Ensure timely and accurate flow of information within the organization.

  • Represent the company by attending meetings on behalf of executives.

  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.

  • Track daily expenses and prepare reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the duties and responsibilities of all departments and collaborate with them as needed.

  • Format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.

  • Support management by assisting with various tasks.

  • Record minutes during meetings.

  • Meet and surpass any key performance indicators (KPIs) established by your supervisor.

  • Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.


Requirements and Skills



  • Tertiary Degree in Finance, Management, or Law.

  • Strong ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments.

  • Quick learning ability to acquire new skills efficiently.

  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to tasks.

  • Excellent management and analytical skills.

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications such as e-calendars and copy machines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver effective presentations to both small and large groups.

  • High level of confidence, personability, and charisma.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to effectively interact with high-net-worth clients and corporate organizations in various roles.

  • Capability to lead a team and handle pressure.

  • Discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

  • Quick and strategic thinking skills.

  • Goal-oriented mindset.
