Responsible for the assigned Asset Management Business Development with respect to Private and Personal Business
Liability / Deposit Mobilization
Formulate strategies and plans around, Individuals, institutional, and wealth management businesses to enable the organization to secure profitable business relationships.
Identify potential sales growth opportunities across all business sectors and work with the portfolio and fund management team to grow the Asset under Management.
Develop and manage customized investment portfolios and discretionary funds for institutions and corporates
Actively contribute to the development and implementation of strategies geared towards the attainment of stated sales and distribution objectives of the firm and anchor several product development initiatives for a broad client base.
Identify business opportunities to generate from the financial institutions' sector- insurance companies, pension funds administrators, investments &finance houses, and capital market operators.
Analyze financial statements to establish the viability of the investment proposals by clients
Offer investment advisory services and deliver a wide range of investment solutions to clients
Market a comprehensive range of financial products- structured deposits, treasury solutions, brokerage, and advisory services to potential clients across different states in Nigeria.
Preparation of budget reports and reports on monthly performance reviews for the team and group. Other duties as assigned by the Managing Director / ED, Business Development / Head, Private Wealth Management
Other duties as assigned by the Group Divisional Head & Managing Partners.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any Marketing and Business Development-related discipline
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with an emphasis on banking/asset management
A minimum of five (7) years’ work experience in a similar role, with at least 4 years in a lead position
Knowledge of financial services/Alternative and Structured Investments / Assets and Liabilities Management (ALM)
Good knowledge of retail, institutional Sales & Wealth management
Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
