Job Description



  • We are looking for an enthusiastic, success driven sales specialist to join our team. Responsibilities would demand working with operations & marketing teams to include but not limited to conducting market research and analyzing trends, gathering feedback, and offering recommendations to the team.

  • In this role, you must have a passion for sales and keep expanding product knowledge.

  • Outstanding sales specialists should have a keen eye for spotting market trends, a willingness to inspire clients, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.


Responsibilities

Client / Customer Management:



  • Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective and current clients.

  • Prospect for leads and perform heavy cold-calling to build a pipeline of businesses

  • Nurture new sales leads to secure business

  • Build and maintain good and beneficial relationships with the company’s clients.


Creativity and Innovation:



  • Actively participate in the development and scheduling of special projects such as exhibitions, public relations events, promotions etc.

  • Carryout market research.

  • Have good business acumen with the ability to drive growth that directly impact the building of new solutions.


Sales Growth:



  • Work with the company annual target

  • Drive the sales target to be able to achieve the overall company goals

  • Participate in weekly team meetings / performance to identify challenges and how it can be helped.


Sales Operations:



  • Establish and maintain a strong relationship with customer service, logistics and operations department

  • Liaise with team members on a daily basis and carry out jobs as per criticality and follow up until concluded.


Requirements



  • A University Degree in Sciences / Social Sciences

  • 5 - 7 years work experience

  • Extensive experience in sales, or customer service would be advantageous.

  • Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire.

  • Deadline-driven, and willing to work after hours.

  • Superb verbal, written communication and presentation skills, as well as great telephone etiquette.

  • A strong growth mindset.
