The role is open to an experienced Sales Specialist with the competence to strategically influence and convert prospects to a closed deal for the company without compromising business standards and service fulfilment.
The prospective candidate must be a go-getter with strong relationship skills applying agile techniques and design thinking to achieve set business targets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A typical day on the job will involve;
Business acquisition, management & retention
Up-selling and cross-selling of company’s product & services
Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
Ensure clients receive timely updates and ensure satisfactory service fulfilment
Ensure Customer adoption of our technology platform
Keep records of client transactions and manage collections of payments
Coordinate with team members required for service fulfilment to ensure consistent satisfactory service
Meet set targets monthly based on OKRs
Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts concurrently
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Ensure business accounts pay in time, and do not exceed allocated business credit lines
Ensure all receivables are closed out within reasonable time
REQUIREMENTS
Strong automobile industry knowledge with an experience as a sales person in the automobile industry is a MUST
B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
Should already have a network of businesses to bring on board within probationary period.
Excellent communication and analytical skills with market trends
Ability to meet and exceed agreed sales targets on a quarterly basis.
