As the HR Analyst, you will be tasked with developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Responsibilities
Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences or any relevant field; further training will be a plus.
