- Updating knowledge of sales, documentation, property management and promotional events.
- Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations and advertising.
- Providing guidelines and guidance to clients on the application of procedures, monitoring tasks and projects.
- Maintaining accurate information on company's website, designing promotional Web and tracking marketing initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- BA / B.Sc / HND / OND in Marketing or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate/marketing.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Posses strong negotiating and transactional skills.
- Problem-solving and decision making.
