  • We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Telesales Executive to join our team.

  • As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our investment unit, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and increasing revenue.

  • You will utilize your strong sales experience to generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close sales.


Key Deliverables



  • Drive the investment unit by effectively selling CredPal's products and services to potential clients over the phone.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Identify and qualify prospects by understanding their financial needs and matching them with appropriate credit card solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Present and communicate the value proposition of CredPal's products and services to potential clients effectively.

  • Close sales deals by overcoming objections, negotiating terms, and securing commitment from clients.

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving sales goals.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, interactions, and transactions, in our CRM system.

  • Continuously enhance your product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer preferences, market demands, and competitor activities.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3+ Proven experience in telesales within the financial markets or fintech industry.

  • Knowledge of investment products and financial markets.

  • Familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies.


Preferred Requirements:



  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in the financial services industry.

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Highly persuasive and skilled in objection handling and closing techniques.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a competitive spirit and a drive to succeed.
