The candidate for this position is expected to excel at creating and closing new opportunities. Using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use his/her expertise to identify and qualify leads, converting to sales opportunities withnew and existing customers.
Responsibilities
Achieve set Targets.
Create new sales channels while growing existing customers.
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
Building business relationships with current and potential wholesales clients.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
Meeting all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
Manage sales pipeline.
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives; act as a relationship agent between the company and the wholesale customer.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess an HND / OND / NCE / FSLC qualification.
University Degree not compulsory.
0 - 4 years work experience.
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success
Tech-savvy, ability to understand and use back-end systems.
Ability to use social media platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
