Responsibilities



  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-impact keywords and phrases.

  • Analyze keyword competitiveness, search volume, and user intent to develop effective optimization strategies.

  • Monitor keyword performance and make data-driven recommendations for content optimization.

  • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structure, to improve organic rankings.

  • Ensure website pages are properly indexed and crawlable by search engines.

  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve on-page SEO issues and improve overall website performance.

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword strategies and user intent.

  • Optimize existing website content for improved search engine visibility and user experience.

  • Incorporate targeted keywords naturally into content, headings, and metadata.

  • Perform technical audits to identify and address website performance 

  • Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and site architecture for improved user experience and search engine rankings.

  • Stay updated with the latest SEO best practices and algorithm updates to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance the website's authority and increase organic rankings.

  • Identify opportunities for backlink acquisition through outreach, partnerships, and content promotion.

  • Monitor and analyze backlink profiles and disavow toxic or low-quality links.


Requirements



  • Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in any related discipline 

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns

  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

  • Proficient in keyword research and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Excellent understanding of on-page and technical SEO elements.

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, WordPress, Woocommerce, and website development principles.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the SEO industry.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)

  • Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis

  • Familiarity with other content management systems

  • Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
