 The HR Generalist will be responsible for performing a wide range of HR duties including Recruitment, payroll employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration And HR policy development.The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in all areas of HR and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


Requirements



  • B.Sc/HND in HR or related field

  • CIPM certification is an added advantage

  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labor Law.

  • Proven experience as an HR generalist.
