  • Recieve Guests and provide introductory information to new customers

  • Answer incoming calls and redirect them.

  • Attend to customer via phone calls and social media platforms

  • Handle customer service issue and escalate to proper authority

  • Follow up on queries and give feedback to clients

  • Collect client feedback for management

  • Assist in performing admin duties as may be assigned


Requirements



  • A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.

  • Good understanding of customer service best practices.

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.

  • Admin experience is an added advantage

  • Social media savvy.
