Responsible for managing the various HR functions and overall HR strategy of the organization.
Key responsibilities will include recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR administration, and policy implementation.will work closely with the HR manager and other stakeholders to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role in the financial services industry with at least 4 years experience.
Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR best practices and industry standard.
Proficient in HRIS and MS office applications.
Professional certification in HR (e.g., CIPM,PHRi) is an added advantage.
