Job Description

• Responsible for managing the various HR functions and overall HR strategy of the organization.


• Key responsibilities will include recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR administration, and policy implementation.will work closely with the HR manager and other stakeholders to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role in the financial services industry with at least 4 years experience.


• Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR best practices and industry standard.


• Proficient in HRIS and MS office applications.


• Professional certification in HR (e.g., CIPM,PHRi) is an added advantage.
