Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the hospitality industry for detergent products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the hospitality sector.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific demands.
- Regularly visit customer sites to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to manage order placement, delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- B.sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the hospitality or detergent industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
