The job description of the such pickup person includes:



  • For any pickup request, the coordinator goes around using the provided information such as shop number to locate the right shop address.

  • He or she goes along with a pickup kit which contains; an export declaration form, mobile weighing scales, measuring tape, sealing tape, rate card with company’s account information, POS machine and packaging box.

  • The coordinator issues a quote to the customer upon packaging and taking proper measurement of shipment and once acknowledged by the customer, he or she would have the customer payment via online transfer or POS to conclude the transaction right there.

  • The coordinator is also to make sure all the content of the shipment is filled on the export declaration form and same is signed and acknowledged by the customer before sealing the box.

  • After payment, he goes ahead to seal the box and move the shipment as appropriate to ShiptoNaija’s office in the complex for further shipping processing.

  • The pickup coordinator is to also give a reward form the store owner to fill the first time in order to get some form of reward on every referral that comes from them.

  • Sends tracking information to customers upon waybill generation from the office.

  • Join hands with the office packager when there are no pickup requests.


Requirements:



  • Applicant must have good interpersonal relationship and excellent communication skills.

  • Minimum of SSCE qualification is required with age range not more than 28 years.
