Job Responsibilities:



  • Follow up and organize meeting with prospective Franchisees passed on from the telesales team.

  • Inspect their facility to make sure they are in conformity with our required standard.

  • Engage the prospects by explaining to them our different level of Franchise scheme and convince them to sign up for anyone of their choice.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our Franchise base.

  • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.


Requirements:



  • Proven track record of success in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • Knowledge of [industry/sector] and its trends is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
