Job Overview
We are in search of a proactive Call Centre Representative who can deliver a more personalized customer support experience for the rapidly-increasing customer base of a fast-growing organization.
We prefer an individual with excellent communication skills primarily to handle calls from our valued customers. This person may be required to collaborate with a local Customer Support team to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

What you will do
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way and escalate to local CS team as necessary
What you must have
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma Certification Humanities, Arts, Business or Social Science related discipline
- 2-3 years’ consecutive work experience directly related to the responsibilities specified above preferably in Banking Sector firms
- A good knowledge of call center professional processes
- Previous experience in Telesales
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Residents of Abeokuta or a nearby area in Ogun state are most preferred

Remuneration
- Basic pay - N50,000 net Monthly
- Performance pay - N20,000 net Monthly
