The Role

• LiveScore Bet Nigeria are licenced by the operators Visatech Ltd. Our offices are based in Lagos and are part of the international business, LiveScore Group. 


• As our Head of HR you will partner with our Managing Director acting in a senior management role as a valued member of our global people team.


• We are looking for someone who will have their finger on the pulse for all things People in Lagos, working closely with our Global People Team (People Ops, Talent Acquisition & People Growth).

Key Responsibilities

• Coach managers on leading and managing their teams with an emphasis on emotional intelligence


• Ensure compliance with all local regulations


• Partner with managers to solve Employee Relations cases


• Work with the People Team on a range of people projects, policy development and company initiatives. You will represent our Lagos location and ensure that any other global solutions are either suitable for this location or tailored as appropriate.


• Work with the Senior People Partner to deliver against a people plan for our Lagos team


• Implement appropriate people solutions for the Lagos team while considering any global impact


• Management of Lagos team employee benefits, payroll and personnel files


• Partner with People Operations to ensure accurate people data and payroll processing


• Work with Talent Acquisition to ensure resource requirements are met

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

• Proven commercial experience in all aspects of human resources management (including payroll management, staff training and development, employee relations and federal & state regulations)


• Prior experience in a start-up/scaling business


• Prior experience in a matrix environment, preferably in online gaming
