 Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers, employees, and business partners.


• Responsible for daily inspection, and safe operation of the lift


• Operate the assigned lift safely and efficiently


• Provide physical assistance to guests as required


• Maintain all operational aspects of the assigned lift ramps, mazes, and signs


• Perform daily safety inspections on the lifts and completes a daily lift log.


• Assist all guests with loading and unloading the aerial and surface lifts in extreme weather conditions

Requirements

• Academic Qualification: Minimum of SSCE, NABTEB or OND


• Other Qualification: Trade-test I, II & III or any other relevant qualification


• Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-certification experience in a serviced environment providing R&A installation and maintenance practices


• Minimum of Possess excellent employee and public relations skills and enjoy working with the public


• Mature, energetic, dependable, and self-motivated


• Able to reason and react with quick, thoughtful judgment, while remaining calm under pressure


• Capable of performing physical/manual duties
