Design new products, packaging, and brand communication materials.
Maintain brand consistency in designing brand elements, social media graphics, newsletters, ads, web pages, etc.
Collaborate with other departments to understand client design requirements, preferences, and expectations and interpret it creatively in line with the brand design guidelines.
Responsible and self-motivated for day-to-day creative projects, adhering to production and internal deadlines.
Consistently come up with new competitive design ideas that communicate the brand essence and promote product offerings.
Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final designs
Create compelling and aesthetically appealing content for social media using diverse expressions including video.
Apply advancements in artifical intelligence and design interpretation and service delivery.
Show commitment to continuous skill development through research, education
and adopting industry standard technological advancements as appropriate.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND qualification with 3- 4 years of work experience.
The ability to create video and motion graphic content is a must.
Proven experience as a graphics artist, visual communicator, product designer or similar role.
A strong and diverse creative portfolio.
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as AI applications, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDraw)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent written and oral communication skills is a must.
Ability to work methodically, create design requirements on-demand and meet deadlines.
