Job Summary



  • We are seeking a highly competent and dependable individual to join our team as an Administrative Officer. We need an individual who will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our organisation’s administrative functions.

  • He/She will provide essential support to various departments and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the company.

  • This role requires someone with excellent administrative skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and a strong work ethic. As a small business, you will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative tasks and assisting the management team.


Responsibilities



  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to within the organisation, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organising meetings, and maintaining records and files.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a clean and organised work environment.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, both internal and external, such as emails, phone calls, and official letters.

  • Draft and proofread documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems. Retrieve and organise information as required while ensuring data confidentiality and security.

  • Address administrative issues, challenges, and inquiries with utmost professionalism, and provide timely and effective solutions.

  • Exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills in handling day-to-day operational matters.

  • Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical conduct in all administrative responsibilities.


Requirements



  • Minimum of HND in Business Administration, or any related field.

  • At least 2 years relevant work experience.

  • Must be computer literate.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be resident in Abuja
