Job Responsibilities

• Assist the sales manager with developing a sales plan and developing business leads


• Implement and maintain sales tracking and monitoring systems


• Develop and maintain cooperative selling relationship


• Analyze and report on sales performance and sales trends


• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives


• Monitor and maintain store inventory


• Suggest sales training programs and techniques


• Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an ND qualification


• 1- 2 years of sales experience


• Excellent communication skills


• Good numerical skills with the ability to create and analyze reports


• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
