Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the marketing department and consistently identify revenue generating opportunities for the Cinemas.
- Work closely with Management, clients, creative and content team to produce an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing our customer base for our products and services.
- Implement market research, forecasts, competitive industry analysis and marketing campaigns to track customer and market trends in order to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Continually review changes to the market, customer trends and competitor activities, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
- Ensure the company’s brand message is strong, consistent and visible (offline and online) by organizing marketing events, producing and utilizing promotional materials, implementing email campaigns etc.
- Prepare marketing budgets and reports on ROI for marketing activities.
- Manage the development and implementation of marketing plans with a view to increase sales for the company, in line with the company’s financial objectives for the period.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related course of study.
- 3-5 years experience in the hospitality industry or retail business.
- Demonstrable experience leading a marketing team.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Good interpersonal and Communication skills
- Must be a good Team player with excellent ability to multi-tasking and able to adapt to varying situations
