Subject to modification:
- Preparing and operating sound equipment during events.
- Setting up and breaking down audio equipment.
- Running audio equipment and checking that everything is properly connected.
- Testing audio equipment for volume, tone, and clarity.
- Evaluating audio equipment for repair and maintenance.
- Operating mixing consoles and adjusting sounds and volumes when necessary.
- Ensuring guests are happy with the sound quality and the setup of the audio equipment.
- Recommending equipment and software upgrades when necessary.
- Collaborating with other Audio Technicians when required.
- Set up lighting equipment
- Assemble all the lighting and filter equipment needed
- Organize any necessary scaffolding and cranes.
- Ensure all lighting equipment is in working order and carry out tests
- Perform all other functions as required by Management.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO or OND qualification with 2 - 7 years work experience.
