Description 

• Our would-be Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for attending to customers' inquiries, issuing invoices, receiving goods and ensuring that stock records are updated.


• He or She will have the responsibility of ensuring that daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved.


• The job holder will also ensure that customer service experience is top-notch and must regularly obtain feedback from the customer and report to the management.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND with 3 - 5 years work experience.
