The Ideal Candidate will:
- Collaborate with marketing team to planning promotional marketing campaigns within Lagos and its environs for the group.
- Creating editorials and content creation calendar’s to various media platforms and outlets
- Assisting with the design, negotiation and placement of fliers, banners and other company’s marketing tools on TV AND radio, social media ads and email blasts.
- Producing a brand style guide that best captures the company or client’s voice and mission.
- Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, interests and other relevant factors used in creating target marketing campaign.
- Helping team leads set, allocate and monitor the budget of each projects
- Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved.
- Reviewing the progress and success of campaigns/marketing as necessary.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field. Master's Degree will be an added advantage
- 3 to 5 years experience in sales, marketing or related field especially in a service industry
- Knowledge of project management is required
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Experience in digital marketing is a must
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
