The Ideal Candidate will:



  • Collaborate with marketing team to planning promotional marketing campaigns within Lagos and its environs for the group.

  • Creating editorials and content creation calendar’s to various media platforms and outlets

  • Assisting with the design, negotiation and placement of fliers, banners and other company’s marketing tools on TV AND radio, social media ads and email blasts.

  • Producing a brand style guide that best captures the company or client’s voice and mission.

  • Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, interests and other relevant factors used in creating target marketing campaign.

  • Helping team leads set, allocate and monitor the budget of each projects

  • Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved.

  • Reviewing the progress and success of campaigns/marketing as necessary.

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Maintain relationships with existing clients

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.


Requirements / Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field. Master's Degree will be an added advantage

  • 3 to 5 years experience in sales, marketing or related field especially in a service industry

  • Knowledge of project management is required

  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

  • Experience in digital marketing is a must

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
