Responsibilities



  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for clients especially FMCG companies

  • Develop and Implement strategies for effective resourcing that will ensure that U-Connect’s clients has the required skills to meet current and future needs.

  • Work closely with all departments to better understand their hiring needs and job specifications

  • Ensure that all recruitment processes and timelines are adhered to, in order to meet clients’ needs and demands.

  • Continually provide top-class talent as outsourced staff to U-Connect’s clients.

  • Build robust candidates pipelines for various roles to meet with the clients demand

  • Established selection criteria/requirement for the vacant positions for all positions of U-Connect’s clients.

  • Prepare and control the quality of job advert draft (externally/internally).

  • Plan and organize recruitment campaigns (online/offline) and set up talent data base and recruitment channel system.

  • Sourcing and engaging with candidates locally and globally on a proactive, external succession pipeline basis.

  • Adopt direct resourcing approach (Job Boards, LinkedIn, Social Media, Referrals and Headhunting) towards recruitment process ensuring a cost effective and quality driven approach to candidate attraction.

  • Actively support account managers with interviews and selection process for clients.

  • Provide weekly Reports of Activities carried out to your line manager.

  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing timely interview process and given prompt feedback to candidates on interview outcome

  • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements

  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years experience.

  • Manage relationships with clients and ensure our services exceeds all their expectations.

  • Ensure that all service requirements are met as agreed in the SLA.

  • Must have experience in recruiting for FMCG and other massive development.
