Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for clients especially FMCG companies
Develop and Implement strategies for effective resourcing that will ensure that U-Connect’s clients has the required skills to meet current and future needs.
Work closely with all departments to better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
Ensure that all recruitment processes and timelines are adhered to, in order to meet clients’ needs and demands.
Continually provide top-class talent as outsourced staff to U-Connect’s clients.
Build robust candidates pipelines for various roles to meet with the clients demand
Established selection criteria/requirement for the vacant positions for all positions of U-Connect’s clients.
Prepare and control the quality of job advert draft (externally/internally).
Plan and organize recruitment campaigns (online/offline) and set up talent data base and recruitment channel system.
Sourcing and engaging with candidates locally and globally on a proactive, external succession pipeline basis.
Adopt direct resourcing approach (Job Boards, LinkedIn, Social Media, Referrals and Headhunting) towards recruitment process ensuring a cost effective and quality driven approach to candidate attraction.
Actively support account managers with interviews and selection process for clients.
Provide weekly Reports of Activities carried out to your line manager.
Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing timely interview process and given prompt feedback to candidates on interview outcome
Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years experience.
Manage relationships with clients and ensure our services exceeds all their expectations.
Ensure that all service requirements are met as agreed in the SLA.
Must have experience in recruiting for FMCG and other massive development.
