Responsibilities:

• Conduct timely reconciliation and review of transfers between warehouses.


• Execute unscheduled spot checks.


• Review item flows and release process at factory spare part store.


• Monitor and track the movement and release of assets.


• Analyze consumption patterns of raw materials and review waste reports.


• Enforce compliance to standard operating procedures in all aspects of operation.


• Identify and report any instances of non-compliance or non-conformance to the internal auditor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• 1 -3 years experience in auditing.


• Strong knowledge of financial controls, accounting principles, and auditing standards.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.


• Proficient in using auditing software and MS Office applications.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.


• High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
