About the job

• We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor whose job is to supervises our Mechanical & Electrical engineering team

Responsibilities

• Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.


• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads


• Coordinate daily/ weekly maintenance activities


• Maintain all inventory and equipment and ensure proper storage


• Comply with health and safety regulations and practices on site


• Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time


• Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive


• Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed corrected and in a timely manner


• Supervise and train workers


• Other related duties assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering


• At least 5 years progressive experience as a Maintenance Supervisor


• Good leadership and problem solving skills


• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
