Job Summary

• We are looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager to join its team.


• The ideal candidate will maximize processes and procedures while meeting customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate yet cost-effective way


• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices


• Ensure that the organization’s processes remain legally compliant


• Formulate strategic and operational objectives


• Manage budgets and forecasts


• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs


• Recruit, train and supervise staff


• Find ways to increase quality of customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business, Management or related field.


• 3 - 5 years work experience.


• Proven experience as Operations manager in similar industry.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills.

Salary

N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
