Role Overview
- We are looking for recently graduated OND holders who are intelligent, articulate, and self-motivated to fill the position of Documentation Officer. These individuals should be able to work independently and be able to produce high-quality work.
- The Documentation Officers will be responsible for maintaining and organizing all documentation related to the company's operations, including official documents, contracts, and other sensitive information. Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring that all documents and records are up to date and accurate. The ideal candidates should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
Job Role
- Assist in the preparation of all documents related to the company’s operations and processes
- Monitor the filing system and ensure that all documents are accurately and properly filled.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
