Responsibilities

• Resolve all technical maintenance issues and recommend continuous improvement


• Ensure all downtimes are eliminated or reduced


• Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or mechanical equipment, appliances and machinery


• Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagram and schematics


• Supervising and coordinating technicians


• Installing and performing diagnostics tests on mechanic systems


• Helping to develop and implement electrical and mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdown.


• Documenting the machine's fault for proper preventive maintenance and keeping maintenance or services records


• Optimizing electrical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings


• Training workers on the safe and adhering to industry regulations.


• Maintain an efficient and safe working environment for all employees.


• Undertaking any other reasonable tasks as required

Requirements

• Possess an HND in relevant fields.


• Minimum of 5-7 years in electrical or mechanical maintenance.


• Applicants must possess outstanding experience of working with standard beverage industry equipment and machinery which includes Pet Blow Machines, Beverage filling lines, Shrink wrapping machines, Industrial pumps, electric motors, PLC wiring systems etc.
