Responsibilities:



  1. Implement and manage the CRM system to effectively track and analyze customer data, interactions, and feedback.

  2. Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

  3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization opportunities.

  4. Create and manage customer profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

  5. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively address any concerns or issues to enhance the overall customer experience.

  6. Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.

  7. Plan and execute CRM campaigns, including email marketing, SMS, and other customer communication channels.

  8. Provide training and support to staff members on CRM system usage and best practices.

  9. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain high standards of data integrity and security.

  10. Stay updated on industry trends, CRM best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve CRM strategies and processes.

  11. Manage the CRM departement.


Requirements:



  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  2. Proven work experience as a CRM Specialist or in a similar role.

  3. Strong knowledge of CRM systems and tools, with experience in implementation and management.

  4. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  5. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and customer communication platforms.

  6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.

  7. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).

  9. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong customer-centric mindset.

  10. Must be available to resume work immediately.
