Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the CRM system to effectively track and analyze customer data, interactions, and feedback.
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization opportunities.
- Create and manage customer profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively address any concerns or issues to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns, including email marketing, SMS, and other customer communication channels.
- Provide training and support to staff members on CRM system usage and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain high standards of data integrity and security.
- Stay updated on industry trends, CRM best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve CRM strategies and processes.
- Manage the CRM departement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a CRM Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and tools, with experience in implementation and management.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and customer communication platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Must be available to resume work immediately.
