Job Description

• Our team is expanding and we currently need to fill the role of a junior facility manager that will be responsible for ensuring the availability of basic amenities, supervising facility operations, and coordinating building inspection and maintenance.


• The junior facility manager will also be expected to draft reports and make written recommendations as regards the state of Company facilities.


• The role also requires you to supervise janitors and site technicians, monitor all technical activities, and ensure prompt collection and remittance of Service Charge.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.


• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.


• Good knowledge in technical/engineering operations and facility management best practices.


• Excellent people management, verbal and written communication skill.
