Responsibilities
- To take over NHF loan application files from the point of MCC approval all through to loan approval and disbursement
- Resolve any queries or issues raised on documentations and promptly liaise with the account officers and developers to resolve issues with dispatch timely
- Follow up with FMBN to the point of approval and disbursement of facility.
- Identification and selection of credit files for refinancing.
- Documents Review: Scanned documents to be rseviewed.
- Sending of Documents to NMRC: Uploaded and reviewed documents are sent to NMRC through the MMS platform.
- Liaising/Handling of NMRC queries precedent to approval:
- Develop and implement procedures and practices that translate the Board's goals, objectives, and risk tolerances into operating standards.
- Ensure that business units comply with risk parameters and prudent limits established by the Board.
- Internally developed rating model that evaluates risk based on financial, quantitative qualitative and industry-specific inputs
- Review and update Risk Register
- Create adequate awareness to make risk management a part of the corporate culture of the Bank.
- Make recommendation to the Board and Management Risk Committees from time to time.
- Identifying new funding sources in order to diversify the Bank’s funding source
- Co-ordination of all capital raising activities
- Head of the Bank’s Investors Relation
- Develop and maintain the Investor Relations
- Liase with Capital Market regulators SEC, Registrar Stockbrokers and NSE
Academic Qualification and Work Experience
- A first degree or equivalent in Accounting. Must be a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA), must have at least 10 years cognate experience in Audit and Tax management, Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Must be a registered professional with the Financial Reporting Council, Must have worked at least 5 years at managerial position of a reputable financial institution.
Knowledge
- Proven ability to manage a broad range of stakeholders.
- Experience handling administrative duties not limited to payroll and benefits.
- Cash Management, Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance Competence
