Purpose of Job

To own and manage all our digital marketing channels you will be responsible for helping maintain our brand and media presence by identifying and evaluating new digital technologies, by using web analytics tools to measure website traffic in order to optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display advertising.

Responsibilities

• Research advertising trends.


• Creating and implementing a social media policy and framework for the organisation.


• Decide on appropriate placement of ads.


• Determine what content will reach customers.


• Develop projects to create content.


• Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email and other platforms.


• Publish digital marketing content online.


• Devising innovative digital marketing campaigns, that feed into the organisation’s overarching marketing strategy.


• Measure digital traffic.


• Monitor social media and Google Analytics.


• Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.


• Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders.


• Producing regular digital dashboards for the Head of Marketing, reporting progress against set KPIs.


• Working closely with colleagues in sales and IT to ensure all activity is integrated.

Qualifications & Experience 

• A HND Degree or higher in any field however, with proven experience in digital marketing.

Nice to have:

• Proven experience managing a digital marketing function for an organisation.


• Experience using content management systems.


• Knowledge of website analytics tools, for example Google Analytics.


• Able to work both independently and in a cooperative team environment to achieve goals.


• Ability to meet deadlines and effectively complete project-based assignments.


• Communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
