Job Responsibilities

• He is Responsible for development coordination supervision and implementation of operational and business activities in the branch.


• Direct all operational aspect including distribution operations, customer services, human resources and administration and sales


• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities


• Developed forecasts, financial objectives and business plans


• Meet goal and metrics


• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately


• Address customers and employee satisfaction issues promptly adhere to high ethical standard and comply with all regulations / applicable laws.

Requirements and Skills

• B.Sc in Business Administration or related field


• 5 to 7 years experience


• Branch Managements experience


• Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices


• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals


• Excellent organizational skills


• Results driven and customer focused


• Leadership and Human resources Management skills


• Providing training, coaching, development and motivation


• Age: 30 to 45 years


• Preferably Male


• Professional courses, Microfinance institute, Member of ACCA / ICAN.
