Job Description

• Responsible for growth and development of the electronic platform accros technology and marketing teams in compliance with policy and regulations


• Assist customers in the online banking enrollment process and setup of pending applications.


• Process business applications for Internet Banking including verification of owners and system setup.


• Help customers with questions and issues regarding online banking and bill payment.


• Contact vendor support to resolve any Online Banking or bill payment issues.


• Assist staff and customers with Internet Banking, BillPay and TeleBank questions and problems.


• Review and balance the daily transfer report to the reports from the core system.


• Perform quality and Control reviews on all Electronic Banking Systems and processes

Job Requirements

• B.Sc. in Accounting or its equivalent


• Additional qualification in a business-related area will be an advantage


• Proven work experience in E-business operation, product development, finance and processing management.


• High attention to detail and accuracy


• Ability to direct and supervise staff


• A minimum of 8 years post-graduation experience while 5 years must be in a related field


• Evidence that the candidate possesses proven skills and competencies in practical microfinance banking.
