Job Purpose

• We are looking for recruit a Marketing and Sales Associate who has experience with promotions, marketing and sales of luxury real estate development products, and must posses a strong writing and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing proposals for new business opportunities and managing existing HNI accounts


• Preparing marketing materials such as brochures, fliers, and catalogs.


• Coordinating events such as trade shows, conventions, seminars, or product launches.


• Collecting and analyzing data about customer preferences and buying habits for targeted marketing purposes.


• Developing and executing marketing strategies for luxury real estate projects in order to boost sales and promote Elalan brand credibility.

Requirements

Qualification:

• First Degree in any discipline.

Experience:

• 3 Years Marketing and Sales experience within the real estate development industry is a MUST have.

Skills:

• Knowledge of digital marketing through social media platforms


• Excellent communication skills


• Networking and stakeholder engagement skills.
