Description

• The Head, Operations & Service Delivery for is charged with the strategic management of Halogen’s security operations and service delivery for the achievement of operational and business objectives including operational excellence;


• Customer satisfaction and retention; and optimal risk management amongst others.


• The job holder will develop and execute best-fit strategies and plans for goal achievement;


• Drive performance and ensure compliance with quality standards for service excellence;


• Leverage intelligence and insights for proactive security management and response;


• Build and manage relationships with Government Security Agencies and other stakeholders for best business outcomes.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND in a relevant field with 12 years work experience.
