As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships between the landlords/property owners, the tenants, and the facility management team as well as examine any legal issues related to new projects and services and protect the company against any legal risks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage relationships with landlords, property owners, and tenants and act on behalf of landlords in managing properties.
- Attract tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining the advantages of location and services.
- Take responsibility for the tenant, guarantor, and referral profiling.
- Maintain property by liaising with facility managers, investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting renovations and vacant units.
- Enforce occupancy policies and procedures by sanctioning violators.
- Prepare reports for Management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Enforce occupancy policies and procedures on behalf of the Company.
- Provide management with routine updates on all properties being managed by the Company.
- Partner with all departments to ensure excellent delivery of assigned tasks about property management.
- Relate rental updates to tenants and landlords.
- Protect the company against any legal risks and violations.
- Meet and exceed all organizational goals, targets, and deliverables.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- BSc in any related discipline (Candidates with a legal background is mandatory).
- 3+ years experience as a property manager in a real estate company.
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite.
- Ethical solid principles and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
- Professional approach to managing situations and solving problems.
- Ability to ensure best practices and procedures are followed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills.
