Job Objective(s)
- Respond to external and external support calls
- TranzWare Online (TWO) System Availability
- Increase transaction processing efficiency and avoid unplanned downtime
- Transaction Processing Monitoring and escalation of critical issues
Duties & Responsibilities
- Issue Resolution for internal and external customers
- Processing Centre (TWO ,TWO FEP and other Transware applications) Systems Availability
- Transaction Processing Efficiency
- System Operations Support
- Respond to external and internal support within agreed SLA terms
Key Performance Indicators
- Uninterrupted Processing Capacity - 99% System availability
- Ensure Accurate, consistent and reliable information from TWO database
- Global weekly transaction processing report
- ATM Acquiring Report
- Assigned Banks declines analysis weekly report
- Adhoc Reports and Analysis
- Monitoring of transactions across all channels via TWO
- Switch Settlement Report
- Customer satisfaction(Internal and external)
- TranzWare Messaging Gateway (TWMG) System Availability
Reporting Relationships:
- Functionally and administratively reports to: HOD, Clearing and Settlement Operations
Requirements
Education:
- OND in Computer Science, Accounting, statistic, Economics and Mathematics.
- Minimum of Upper Credit in Polythecnic
Experience:
- 0 – 2 years experience (OND Entry Level - Inexperienced)
- Any relevant experience would be an added advantage.
