Responsibilities

• Process customers orders in a timely and efficient manner


•  Maintain tidy records of daily sales and inventory levels


•  Drive business growth, identify new markets, follow-up on leads and closing sales


•  Productive and professional liaison with clients/enquirers via phone, mail or in person


•  Identify prospective clients, follow up on leads, schedule orders and escalate challenges


•  Extend the customer base to relevant corporate organizations, contractors, Agencies etc


•  Maintain tidy records of customers, contacts, transaction histories etc


•  Develop and execute business development strategies to increase sales


•  Maintain tidy records of daily POS sales, cash transactions, Electronic payments and transfers


•  Document all client feedbacks, recommendations, complaints for management intervention


•  Prepare accurate sales reports and submit to the shop Managers


•  Effective management of relationships with vendors and service providers


•  Other related tasks as may be required from time to time
