Job Description

As a Graduate Trainee, you will work under the supervision of team leaders and executives to acquire all essential knowledge in Marketing, Creative Design, Business intelligence, Client Relationship Management and Business Management.

Job Functions/Responsibilities

1. Participate as an active member of The Redwire Graduate Trainee Program.


2. Commit to continuous self-development throughout the entire duration of the program.


3. Support the entire team with general administrative tasks.


4. Attend and pass all core training prerequisites and programs within the specified timeframe.


5. Commit to being available to work with sub-teams in any part of the business during the program.


6. Fulfil tasks set out by supervisors and coaches.


7. Manage and complete all assigned projects and assessments according to the program schedule.


8. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications

1. Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree


2. Candidate should have 0-1 year of work experience


3. Candidate should be 26 years of age or younger


4. Candidate should have the NYSC Certificate of Completion


5. Candidate should be an ambitious self-starter


6. Candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills.


7. Candidate should have the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment


8. Proximity to Lekki, Vi and Ikoyi environs is an advantage.
