Responsibilities



  • Contract Management.

  • To receive and attend to all legal documents and letters.

  • To manage legal issues concerning the Company and ensure that issues are handled without delay to prevent the company from avoidable court cases.

  • To handle internal secretariat functions.

  • To serve as repertoire for informed legal decision-making and creative problem-solving to facilitate the pursuit of the Company’s objectives.

  • Intellectual Property Management for the company and its subsidiaries.

  • Ensure Legal Compliance for the company as it relates to its Business.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in law and Certificate of Call to Bar.

  • 0-2 years of legal work experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
