Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Preparation of Treasury TSF Documents

  • Follow up with Banks for execution of Transactions

  • Perform responsible and coordinate with Accounts teams for accounting

  • Daily report of transactions to Senior management.

  • Technical Expertise- Good communication skill & knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Responsible for end to end execution of structured trade and Treasury products

  • Liaise with banks for onboarding our entity for Structured business.

  • Liaise with banks for any LC negotiation, confirming or discounting of trade documents,

  • Confirmation, Settlement of Interest Rate Swaps- wherever applicable

  • Monitor, review and execute trade finance structure, documentation to ensure smooth execution.

  • Maintain frequent customer contact with internal and external customers/ counterparts

  • Monitor and manage customer relationships via database spreadsheets, benchmarking

  • Liaise with BU traders on open positions, vessels’ loading and other issues pertaining to trade flow.

  • Tracking of Limit utilisation for Banks


Requirements



  • Knowledge of Interest Rate Hedging

  • Able to prepare full set of shipping documents in accordance with L/C and contractual requirements

  • Good understanding of commodity trading will be an added advantage

  • Effective Communication and relationship management

  • Basic understanding of Trade Transaction

  • Keen eye for details and meticulous

  • Team player with good inter-personal skills

  • Good analytical and decision-making skills

  • International Trade Operations

  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Word

  • Knowledge of Incoterms and International trade and be able to apply to daily operations when required

  • Good knowledge of letter of credit - UCP rules & ISBP, its terms and differences

  • Able to identify and solve day-to-day problems independently

  • Good PC skills and ability to learn internal systems


Qualifications



  • BSc in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

  • Professional qualification is required

  • Trade structure finance experience is key

  • 2 – 3 Years in International Trade Operations role
