Job Summary:
As the Sales & Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and market leadership. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote our energy and power solutions, expand market reach, and achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales:
- Develop Sales Strategy: Formulate a strategic sales plan aligned with the company's goals, market trends, and customer needs to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for growth, and lead efforts to secure new contracts and partnerships.

- Sales Collateral and Tools: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral, tools, and resources to support the sales process.
Marketing:
- Develop Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's vision and sales objectives.
- Brand Management: Lead efforts to enhance and maintain the company's brand image and reputation in the energy and power industry.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends. Utilize data to refine marketing strategies and make informed decisions.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product marketing plans that effectively communicate the value of our energy and power solutions.
- Marketing Budget Management: Responsible for managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maximizing ROI on marketing investments.
- Public Relations and Communications: Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to enhance the company's public image and manage media relations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (10 years) in sales and marketing leadership roles within the energy and power industry or a related sector.
- Strong understanding of the energy and power market dynamics, including regulatory and technological considerations.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market share.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating successful sales and marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data to inform strategic decisions.
