As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be a key member of our executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Your deep understanding of the energy and power market dynamics, coupled with your exceptional leadership and strategic vision, will be instrumental in ensuring the company's success and market leadership.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals. This includes identifying target customer segments, defining value propositions, and positioning our gas and energy products and services effectively.

  • Brand Management: Lead efforts to build and maintain a strong, distinctive brand image that resonates with our target audience and sets us apart from competitors.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences through market research and data analysis. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.

  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product marketing plans that promote the benefits of our gas and energy solutions and drive customer adoption.

  • Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, online advertising, email marketing, and content marketing, to engage customers and drive lead generation.

  • Public Relations and Communications: Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to enhance the company's reputation, handle crisis communications, and manage media relations.

  • Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric culture by fostering positive customer experiences and identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Budget Management: Responsible for managing the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring ROI on marketing investments.

  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the company's reach and improve marketing effectiveness.


Qualifications and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience (10) in marketing leadership roles within the energy and gas industry or a related sector.

  • In-depth knowledge of the gas and energy market dynamics, including regulatory and environmental considerations.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and market penetration.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team towards achieving common goals.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and emerging marketing trends.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving industry.
